Fort Frances

Does the thought of traveling home to spend the holidays with your family stir up a hurricane of anxiety in your soul? Are you dreading that ugly-sweater office party where your boss has six stiff cocktails and tells Sharon from the marketing department that he has always thought she was just “so beautiful”? Will you be draining your bank account to buy gifts and convince your loved ones know that you do, in fact, love them?

If you answered yes to these questions, the gentlemen of Fort Frances can’t do much about it. Even though the band released an album called “We Will Stop Time” this year, the holidays seem to still be on the way. Dammit. 

Before they get here, this band will be taking over the stage at The Hideout for the biggest night of the year in a small rock club. You will dance and yell and drink and hug your neighbor and scream up to the roof of this beautiful venue, “Life is amazing, and I don’t even care if Santa Claus is real.”

The band will be playing material from its unreleased Greatest Hits album, along with debuting brand new songs that feel like they will be on the highly anticipated Greatest Hits Volume II album. There will not be any holiday songs performed. Bah Humbug, baby.
