Joe Camarillo (1968-2021) was a beloved and treasured friend to those who knew him. A truly unique and soulful personality, and yes - an absolute genius musician who enriched anything he put his hand to. When he died at the beginning of this year, amidst a brutally arctic pre-vax winter, his innumerable friends and colleagues all vowed to get together and celebrate him properly as soon as the weather would allow it.
While present safety requirements do not presently allow us to feature the dozens of performers and friends who benefitted from his enormous talents (all of whom immediately volunteered to perform in some appropriately larger than life extravaganza), we have nonetheless found a way to congregate with sufficient caution outdoors, with loving tributes from many who worked with him. Performances will be one of a kind, as befits the man in question. Please join us in celebrating our dearest boy.
