FAUN FABLES have been trailblazers of avant-folk/original music since the turn of the century; known for exquisite, visceral songs & live shows and the occasional theater piece. Their work became internationally widespread by 2004 with the DRAG CITY RECORDS debut FAMILY ALBUM;

the group has seasonally toured grass roots, night club, theater & festival circuits in the USA, Europe, UK, Israel & Oceania.

Their new album, ‘COUNTERCLOCKWISE’ marks their eighth album with the label, officially released May 2025. The songs and production offer the most encompassing, richly lived-in sonic world of all their releases. Their timeless ‘songtelling’ practice is entwined with a holistic view of a life in music – celebrating the mundane details of home and family, elevated by a mystical and fantastical perspective. Flux Bikes

Flux Bikes makes long distance music, riding on two-wheeled air, travelling near and far to discover the sonic and transportative capabilities of his bicycle tires, rims, and spokes. Played and layered like drums, a relationship is discovered between these everyday objects and more conventional instruments like flutes and synthesizers. Rob Frye (Bitchin Bajas, Exoplanet, Separatist Party) believes in the simple power of the bicycle, riding to every show since the project’s inception in 2010. Trips have included: LA to San Francisco, Harold Arts to Chicago, Austin to New Orleans, Valencia to Barcelona, Munich to Vienna, and this June: Chicago to Madison to kick off Madison Bike Week.
