The Hideout and StretchMetal are proud to present Drone Rodeo, StretchMetal’s monthly ambient music series in the round. This will be the final edition of the season before we take a summer pause. To send us off, this month’s Rodeo features live visual projections accompanying the artists throughout the night.

Dominic Voz is an electronic musician living in Chicago. He has been producing adventurous sounds of various shades for nearly 20 years and released two LPs under Matthew Herbert’s Accidental Records. In addition to music, he leads a career in the fair housing sector.
Thysbe is a visual artist/programmer specializing in generative and evolving patterns using TouchDesigner. For the past 5 years, they’ve brought immersive visuals to life at events in the Midwest through projection mapping and ambient spatial design. Their work aims to enhance spaces and serve as a complement to performances rather than a distraction.
StretchMetal is a Chicago-based nonprofit resource network, label, and concert series promoting emerging artists in the ever-evolving landscape of abstract sound.
